4. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 5 business days
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly
Notify the person who posted the content (if applicable) that it has been removed
Keep a record of the notice in accordance with the DMCA

Please note that we are not required to act on notices that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed from BestIPTVTuto as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
